James R. Thompson, Inc. (JRT) built a $30 Million, 35,000 square foot American Airlines Admirals Club Flagship Lounge in Terminal D of the DFW International Airport. This project is American Airlines' featured showcase lounge in the United States and is highlighted by extremely high-end finishes throughout the remarkable space. Over 7,000 SF of wood slat ceilings, incorporate LED lights, and high-end decorative pendants for striking effects between seating, eating, and bar areas.  Other highlights include five major banquette areas with integrating stainless steel, specialty glass, and leather. Two major kitchens anchor the facility with state-of-the-art kitchen equipment and service lines. Other amenities include two quiet areas, two TV rooms, a children's activity room, three large men's and women's restrooms, a mother's room, twelve individual ADA compliant showers, and five guest greeter stations.
